HIKINEX is looking to redefine the RPO industry. They plan to leverage BPHII (Business Process Human Integrated Intelligence). Their goal is to build professionals who can operate at an extremely high business level and enjoy the challenge and reward-based work environments and incentives.

Looking for individuals able to handle North America recruitment. Training will be provided on how to source and screen for management level positions in US companies. No extensive experience needed, just confidence to communicate in ENGLISH at a BUSINESS LEVEL.

Recruiting Assistant to perform the following general duties, including but not limited to:

  • Performing all other ancillary duties as needed and defined by Account Manager, Recruitment Manager and US Management
  • Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives

Performance Management

  • Maintain consistent focus, meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals
  • Meet with team weekly to review and report on progress, accountability, metrics, and goals
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the team, providing support, encouragement, and cooperatively overcome challenges
  • Engage in continuous self-education to develop expertise, maintain competitive knowledge and stay ahead of trends
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Candidate Management

  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  • Collect and maintain contact information and lists
  • Identify talent from online database/job boards, contact lists, internal database and employee referrals for routine and hard-to-fill jobs
  • Efficiently manage a strong candidate flow for the team
  • Book and conduct phone interviews to independently evaluate candidates for open jobs and internal interviews
  • Identify and implement new/innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates
  • Assist with any client/candidate coordination on behalf of team members
  • Continuously maintain DYN, LinkedIn and other databases with new and modified candidate records
  • Efficiently manage the candidate flow for your team’s recruiters
  • Create, edit and post jobs on job boards
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties


  • Excellent English communication skills (expert/native proficiency level in both oral and written English)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent Client management skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft office, specifically with Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Familiar with the use of LinkedIn (preferred)
  • Willing to work graveyard shifts
