* Performs Administrative duties such as work flow, data tracking, client support, email, and not limited to other administrative operations

* Prepares spreadsheet and keep online records

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned

* Provides operational and administrative support to assigned business unit

* Maintains records and prepares ad hoc documents/packages to be mailed* Coordinates and organizes workflow of department projects

* Develops and maintains administration procedures, manuals, and office files

* Coordinates facilities support


* Excellent English communication skills (expert/native proficiency level in both oral and written English).

* Keen attention to details

* Knowledgeable in online calendaring or scheduling

* Familiar with Microsoft office, specifically with Word, Outlook, and Excel

* Excellent time management skills

* Willing to work graveyard shift
